• Added a 4-step process section so visitors know exactly what happens after they submit.
• Created separate residential and commercial lanes so both audiences find relevant messaging fast.
• Layered trust signals and a streamlined FAQ to reduce friction before the form.
• Shipped under ongoing Website Care for continuous updates, hosting, and performance.
